Suspension of Manuscript Submissions

We hereby announce that starting August 05, 2025, we will no longer accept manuscript submissions until October 31, 2024. 

We are committed to enhancing the quality of our publications. Therefore, we need time to evaluate and refine our manuscript review and editing processes. In order to provide better and more efficient services to authors, we need time to optimize our internal systems and workflows. We want to ensure that the manuscripts received before this announcement receive full attention and are handled as best as possible.

We understand that this decision may cause inconvenience for authors preparing their manuscripts. However, we believe that this step is necessary to improve our quality and service in the future.

We will resume accepting manuscript submissions starting November 1, 2024. Thank you for your understanding and support.
